Phase I:

Initial Assessment

  • Thorough needs analysis with senior management to understand the vision, values and goals of the organization.  
  • Collect information from people as well as from reports, process schematics, and observation of processes.

Phase II:

Organizational Structure Review

  • Review your current organizational structure, the jobs your people perform, how they are selected, trained, and motivated.
  • On site interviews with management and key staff.
  • Identify factors that are controllable and formulate plans to manage.

 

Phase III:

Action Plans 

  • Sythesize information into concrete recommendations that are specific, measurable, actionable, realistic and time-bound.
  • Help you determine how to ensure you have the right people, at the right time, and trained the right way to serve your customers and exceeed their expectations every time.
