The Board of Trustees of the Dayton Metro Library is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and forward-thinking leader to serve as its next Executive Director. This key leadership position will provide strategic and operational direction for the Library while working closely with the Board, staff, community partners, and other stakeholders to build upon the Library’s strong foundation and guide the organization through its next chapter.
The Executive Director will lead a complex public library system, foster a positive and engaged organizational culture, steward financial and physical resources, and serve as a visible advocate for the Library throughout the Dayton region.
