The Board of Trustees of the Kirtland Public Library is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and community-focused leader to serve as its next Library Director.
This key leadership position reports to the Board of Trustees and is responsible for the Library’s overall operations and strategic direction, including staff, collections, programs, services, facilities, and financial stewardship.
The Library Director will promote a welcoming environment and excellent service for patrons of all ages while supporting staff development and building strong relationships with the Board, local schools, civic leaders, and community organizations. As the Library’s public representative, the Director will strengthen its visibility and role as a valued community resource.
