We’re excited to announce that Organizational Architecture will attend the Ohio Museums Association [OMA] 2026 Annual Conference in Columbus, April 18–20. This is a meaningful step in strengthening our support for Ohio’s cultural nonprofits.
At Organizational Architecture, we provide tailored HR consulting for mission-driven organizations. Our focus includes compensation analysis, organizational design, performance management, and senior-level recruitment. We’ve worked with arts and cultural nonprofits, public libraries, library friends groups, and foundations—many tied to museums and historical societies across northeast Ohio.
The conference theme, Resilience through Growth: From Firsts to Futures, aligns perfectly with our work. Museums deliver tremendous community value on limited budgets. Strong HR strategies—fair pay structures, effective team design, and smart hiring—help them retain talent and sustain impact.
Our goals are simple:
- Build relationships with museum leaders, HR professionals, and board members statewide.
- Learn firsthand about workforce and operational priorities.
- Explore ways to partner with OMA members on practical HR solutions.
We look forward to the sessions, tours, and networking that will make this event valuable for everyone involved.
If you’re attending OMA 2026 or connected to an Ohio museum, library, or cultural nonprofit, we’d love to meet. Reach out at markfiala@oahumanresources.com or say hello.
