We’re passionate about more than just building strong workplaces—we’re committed to building stronger communities and empowering the next generation. That’s why we’re proud long-time supporters of Motogo, and why I’ve personally served as a board member and financial supporter for years.

Motogo is a remarkable organization with a simple but powerful mission: they teach kids to solve problems through motorcycles. Through hands-on STEAM education, Motogo gives middle and high school students the opportunity to tear down and rebuild real motorcycles, master tools, understand measurements and combustion engines, and—most importantly—develop the grit, resilience, and confidence that come from real-world problem-solving.

These aren’t traditional classrooms. Students roll up their sleeves, get their hands dirty, and learn by doing. They track their successes and reflect on their “best failures,” building a growth mindset that serves them far beyond the shop. The programs culminate in a thrilling Kickstart Day, where students get to fire up and ride the very motorcycles they’ve worked on. That moment of achievement—turning wrenches into wheels—is something special to witness.
