Organizational Architecture will once again sponsor, attend, and exhibit at the Ohio Library Council’s Convention and Expo, taking place October 21–23, 2026, at the Kalahari Convention Center in Sandusky, Ohio. The theme for 2026 is Search. Create. Inspire. The event celebrates the work of Ohio’s public libraries and the professionals who help their communities learn, connect, and grow.
As a firm providing executive search and HR consulting services for public libraries, we look forward to connecting with library leaders, trustees, and staff to discuss the people and leadership challenges facing their organizations.
Visit us in the exhibit hall to learn how we help libraries recruit leaders, assess staffing needs, and develop clear, practical HR systems. Whether your library is preparing for a leadership transition or reviewing how its staff and organizational structure support its mission, we welcome the opportunity to talk about your priorities.
